Goals vs. Intention

Work Backwards…

When I used to do training in corporate America, there was always a curriculum that would instruct people to make their goals “real and achievable.”  I don’t subscribe to this way of thinking.  I don’t believe in goal setting; I believe in intention setting.  Take goals out of the equation, and then set your intention for your wildest dreams, your greatest fantasy.

Visualize: If  you could have every single thing you want and you could be the person you choose to be, what would that look like?  Then work backward.

Create the entire visualization – write out your life, including every desire.  Then keep that as your focal point, seeing the intention clear and strong.  This will release your limitations and replace them with everything you want or desire.

Opportunities open up… I’ve used this process many times in my life.  It works.
